The Blog of Rachelle Beaudoin at RISD

So, after turning me on to Amanda of Dresden Dolls, the Blog of Rachelle Beaudoin comes out with this speak-to-my-heart morsel:
I often find myself wishing I was one of those laid back people that doesn't mind when things change and generally just goes with the flow. Do those people ever wish they were more like me? Nope.

Of course, the perk is that us neurotics get a whole lots more done, though perhaps all that extra stuff we do is the equivalent to frenetically running in circles before we sit down for a nap like a dog. Worth the carpal tunnel and heart clench?

I think the reason I like moving so much is when I am first ion a new situation, it all feels so disneyland-like and surreal that I find it is easy to peel away from the surface and be an objective obseerver as well as a participant in my life. Then I get sucked into my life and catch myself rushing and stressing over stuff I used to know was just. not. worth. it.

Anyway, give the blog of Rachelle Beaudoin at RISD a click or two.
