Well, the bare bones of the code for the
InfoBreath is now complete. The white text shows the raw, unprocessed wireless internet traffic as breathed from the human. This is then absorbed and processed by the plant, and the living information is released in a comprehensible format (green). I am torn as to how to treat the living information, as I like the idea of building a history of the interactions this plant has accumulated, because
- it creates a two way, longer term interaction that affects both parties
- it makes each plant unique, laying a foundation I could later turn into particular growth patterns and characteristics.
On the other hand, by not culling the words as they are released from the plant we will get more repetitions. I guess only experience will tell if the conceptual potential is worth the repition...
