July 2004: a dvd created for the course "Public Expenditure Management in Developing Countries, funded by the IMF, JSA Japan, in cooperation with PFTAC
Essentially, Sangeeta shot talking heads of different economists teaching the materials, interspersed with animated graphs and such, and also provided PDFs of each video on the DVD using DVD@ccess
