Realistically, multimedia reaches almost no-one in the USP region. Radio reaches many more, yet is underutilised by USP. This is an effort to make our digital files available on the radio to a more diverse population

Using httpNicecast, we got Radio Pasifik online: httphttp://www.radiopasifik.com/

Unfortunately, due to firewalls in the USP network, the station doesn't reach beyond the USp community. But at 15 nations distributed over 30 million square kilometres of ocean, thats not a bad area.

Radio Pasifik will be re-broadcasting it's language programs as part of it's testing phase. These programs were broadcast a day earlier and are being played as per the schedule below. All times are in Fiji Time.

Monday - Hindi Show - 1 p.m.

Tuesday - Samoa Show - 1 p.m.

Tuesday - Niuen Show - 1 p.m.

Wednesday - Fijian Show - 1 p.m.

Thursday - Kiribati - 1 p.m.

Friday - Tonga - 1 p.m.

Friday - Wantok Show - 3 p.m.

Saturday - Tokelau Show - 1 p.m.

Please inform us of any problems you encounter. Also tell us what software you are using to listen to the stream. Some suggested software's are, iTunes, Winamp, Music Match Jukebox or Quick Time Player. Any information will help us determine how accessible and useful this exercise has been.
