This is the start page for a research and development project by Christopher Robbins of the University of the South Pacific Media Centre. Funded by the httpJapan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) ICT Capacity Building at USP Project, the project examines how educational multimedia can be developed according to learning approaches of the South Pacific.
