Birds and Deer

As an aspect of my idea for a master's thesis, I am looking for every example of birds and deer in art, especially when displaced, like an icon, wabi-sabi like. I think squirrels count, too. And httpflying fish (perhaps). Maybe I am really talking about Olde Illustrations of Animals in unfamiliar settings.
